左边的朋友和右边的朋友~

先自我介绍一下吧,可以叫我pp,然后标题里的助理职位是我现在正在做的,因为开学要回帝都,会在九月初暂时离开这个可爱的团队,所以现在想找两名继任者(另一位现任实习生也会在九月初暂时离开)

关于中国欧盟商会的信息,因为我没有权限放链接,麻烦大家自己百度啦,可以上官网查看~

话说以我的经验来讲,这份实习主要的benefits有这些:
-锻炼英语交流能力(口头和书面),因为华南区的GM和我们部门的经理都是欧洲人,平时打交道也都是外国人居多,所以日常交流都是用英语
-工作氛围比较像外企,可以接触很多外企的GM,CEO,增加以后的工作机会
-同事和经理都是美女+学霸,人都非常nice
-中国欧盟商会这个名字听起来很high level XD

接下来说说硬性要求吧:
-可以在八月底到九月初这段时间到职
-商会要求全职实习,即一周5天,实习时长为3-6个月
-实习期间前三个月无薪水,第四个月开始2000/月
-办公室在南山区科苑留创大厦,不提供住宿(所以地理位置靠近的小盆宇欢迎投递噢)

General Responsibilities:

The intern will assist the Membership Manager. Specific duties include:

Responsible for membership management support, tasks include (but are not limited to):
Members database, and distribution lists maintenance and update
Issue invoice for new/renewed members
Responsible for the member kit, i.e. updating data, preparing and sending to new members
Sending of the publications to members
Conducting research on companies as requested by the Manager
Doing translations as requested by the Manager

Events Management
Registration - Responsible for confirmation to people's registrations for events. Creating registration lists for the respective events Shenzhen (if necessary also for Guangzhou events); uploading events on the website, sending invitations.
Onsite management - Responsible for the registration desk (set up, banners, brochures, registration lists, collecting entrance fees, issuing receipts, photos, etc) of events

Accounting & following up - Responsible for the accounting of the events. Even if there is a second intern helping at the registration desk, this Intern will remain in charge for the registration and accounting. The intern also will take care for the invoices to be issued from Beijing

Responsible for office administration, the intern will:
Learn the various office functions to help contribute to a stable work flow and execute these in own accord or under guidance, e.g. manage name cards printing and stock, water supply, stationary
The internship presents an opportunity to gain valuable experience within all areas that the European Chamber is involved in, including lobbying, events and organizing WG meetings with European industry.

The internship will start September and run for around 6 months. Recent graduates or students who are willing to work not less than 3 months are only encouraged to apply. Please note that the intern shall work 5 days a week in Shenzhen; please note that this internship will run for 3- 6 months and the first 3 months is without salary.
Upon successful completion of the internship of 6 months, a letter of recommendation from the Chamber will be provided as a reference

c. Why should the European Chamber hire you and how are you different from others (min. 120 to max. 180 words)
