POSITION DESCRIPTION
•       The Service ProductEngineer position is the focal point for external Service Partners, CommodityVendors & internal business divisions with regard to overall spare partsengineering management. It also needs to provide dedicated efforts to review，consolidateservice Master Data, e.g. parts attributes and documents for service partsre-utilization.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
•       Represents Worldwideservices to lead Service parts engineering and master data support for all PCproducts of Lenovo
•       Follow the consistentglobal engineering policy, process & procedure to support WW Servicescentralized planning & procurement to achieve effectiveness and success ofdaily service parts operations and planning for worldwide
•       Provide in-time andeffective Service Engineering & Master data support to PC Services, WWService Operations and Deliveries, GEOs and service providers to achieve KPI.Organize and attend regular BMS with SPs to discuss critical issues andcoordinate to provide solution
•       Set up & manageeffective process and KPI for collecting, reviewing, maintaining, updatingrelated data for service parts re-utilization and providing related support.Ensure the data are accurate, complete and on time for WW use.
•       Coordinate with Geo andSPs to consolidate Service master data contents & logic, set up BMS foralignment, feedback collection to drive data & logic improvement, establishcost saving model
•       Conducted analysis onservice master data, collaborate with R&D, BT/IT to improve the servicemaster data process, strategy and accuracy for long term
REQUIREMENTS
•       2 years provenexperiences in manufacturing, servicing or testing of Electronics HW productsand Master data (Those with strong servicing skills for HW of computers, mobiledevices or good experiences in service Master data, such as SBOM, Sub, partsre-utilization, will be highly valued；those with shortenexperiences but very good potential will be considered)
•       Must be able to review,maintain, update, analyze large amount of product/engineering data 3-Must havegood verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English andMandarin
•       Must be proficient withoffice tools, such as Excel, PPT, Project, etc.
•       Must have positiveworking attitude, strong sense of urgency and capability to stand pressure& work load
•       Good program managementand communication skills (LSS certificate with project leading experiences isan added-value)
•       Eager to learn newskills with fast learning curve
•       Must be a dedicated anddependable team player, willing to follow guidelines given by company andmanagement to help the whole team achieve success
•       Able to quickly adaptedto multi-cultural, multi-country & multi-time zone business environmentwith very fast changes；
•       Self-driven, hands-on& results-oriented to perform in a cross-functional internal and externalpartner environment.
